We worked with Marquee Charters to plan and coordinate transportation for a 3 day trip that spanned 5 states and included 7 buses transporting roughly 400 employees. Throughout the entire process, the Marquee Charters team was very helpful and always available. The trip was a complete success, due to the fact that they were communicating with us the whole way to make sure all was going according to plan.
One aspect of the trip plan changed one week prior to our event, requiring van transportation in a remote area of West Virginia. Mike handled the change in stride using his drivers to go take care of that abrupt change. I would definitely use Marquee Charters for future transportation needs.

The Catawba volleyball team enjoyed the trip we took with

We used Marquee Tours bus for a cruise to the Bahamas . We needed to travel from Salisbury to Orlando, FL. The trip was very professional and prompt. Excellent customer service and the drivers were very nice and friendly. The owner, Mike, had prayer with us before we left and met us back there we returned. The service was outstanding and I will definitely recommend to others and use them again myself.

- Small (6 pack size) coolers are allowed on the coach
- No glass containers
- No disposable cups
- Only drinks with screwed lids will be permitted on coach
Other information
Effective Time of Contract – Quotes & Invoice/Contracts provided by MarQuee Charters are based on availability of vehicle(s) and driver(s) from within our network at the time of provision of such quote. Customer does not have a binding commitment on the part of MarQuee Charters until Customer’s signature on the Invoice/Contract and these terms and conditions is received by MarQuee Charters.
Payment – Final payment for charter service is due and payable at least forty five (45) days in advance of the first date of service. In the case of bookings more that 45 days prior to the Event, a 25% deposit should be paid upon confirmation of the service.
Standard of Care – The vehicles provided will accommodate the number of passengers specified in Customer’s order. In the event of mechanical failure, a suitable mode of transportation will be provided.
Itinerary: Extended Day Trips - Customer must provide MarQuee Charters with complete itinerary information no later than fourteen (14) days prior to service. Prices are subject to change based on the final itinerary. The Customer is responsible for reserving and paying for a room for each driver.
Objectionable Persons – MarQuee Charters reserve the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.
Conduct of Passengers – Passengers shall not interfere with the operator in the discharge of his/her duty.
Force Majeure – The time of arrival at starting point, stop-over point, destination, or return to point of origin cannot be guaranteed. Unusual road, traffic, and weather conditions are beyond the control of MarQuee Charters and the service provider, and delays occasioned by same will not be the responsibility of MarQuee Charters or the service provider. MarQuee Charters shall not be liable to Customer for delay or non-performance resulting from mechanical failure, road or weather conditions, labor difficulties, or any other causes or circumstances beyond its control.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellations must be received in writing by mail, fax or email. Customer shall receive a full refund for cancellations made more that 45 days prior to date of service. There shall be no refund, however, for cancellations made within 45 days prior to date of service. A change in date of service shall be deemed a cancellation. There will be a $50.00 administration fee that is non refundable.
Prohibited Items – The following items and activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Company: (i) Decorations: (ii) Alcoholic Beverages (a fee, per bus, may be required if alcoholic beverages are allowed by MarQuee Charters; (iii) Smoking; (iv) Glass Containers; (v) Golf shoes or other shoes with spikes; (vi) Fuel containers; (vii) Generators. No tap beer is allowed on any vehicle.
ABSOLUTELY NO TOBACCO PRODUCTS, NO SMOKING, NO CAN DRINKS, NO DRINKS IN CUPS, NO MEALS AND NO GUM IS ALLOWED ON THE COACH!
